Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our internet shop: https://www.aestiso.com.
(2) In the case of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part but is merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our internet shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our internet shop.
The order is completed in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods.
- Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button.
- Checking the information in the shopping cart.
- Clicking the "Checkout" button.
- Registering in the internet shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
- Re-checking or correcting the entered data.
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button.
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's details are recorded by pressing the "Back" button contained in their internet browser after checking their details and correcting input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our internet shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. The Terms and Conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.aestiso.com/agb. Your past orders can be viewed in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices do not include statutory VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or bank transfer.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will occur no later than 7 business days. In the case of prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank tasked with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by shipment.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§6 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§9 Contract Language
The contract language is exclusively German.
